If you get an email stating your order is on hold until payment information is updated or if you have moved, you can update your information by signing into your customer account. We do not have the ability to update credit card information for you.
You can update your address and credit card information by going to the “Billing” tab.
IMPORTANT: If your address has changed, please update the address before you update card information. Once updated, please reply to the notification email you received, call, or chat with us online so we can process your order.
